Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I park during the show? Is there a cost for parking?
Parking is free in any of the spots surrounding Leaside Memorial Gardens.

Is the William Lea Room at Leaside Memorial Gardens wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the William Lea Room is on the main/street level of Leaside Memorial Gardens and as such, is completely accessible for those in wheelchairs.

If kids under 10 are free all day, can I drop them off at the show and pick them up later?
Kids under 10 are free all day, but must be accompanied by an adult with a paid admission (Early bird $10 at 10 am, Regular $5 at 12 pm).

Are there discounts on admission if I am coming with a large group of people?
There is a Buy-One-Get-One-Free coupon for Regular Admission (valid 12 pm - 3:30 pm) here!

What payment methods are acceptable for the admission charge and raffle tickets?
We accept cash debit, and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

Do exhibitors/ dealers take all forms of payments?
While most exhibitors accept a variety of payment options (cash, credit card, Interac/debit) there are some who may only accept cash. While there is no ATM on-site, there are many financial institutions on Laird Dr.

Do you sell tickets for early floor trading during set-up?
While we don't support this practice (since it creates potential theft and other security issues), we do have an early-bird admission option that starts an hour prior (11 am) to general admission (12 pm).

Will there only be toys and collectibles related to Retro Era/ '70s, '80s, '90s?
While the main focus of the show will be on the retro era and related items, our exhibitors will also be bringing a variety of toys and related items (comics, memorabilia) from the '70s to the present. Check out our Exhibitor list, with links to dealer pages.

Is re-entry permitted if I need to leave during the show but want to come back later?
Re-entry is permitted provided that you still have a handstamp and the room is not at fire-code capacity. Kids under 10 still need to be accompanied by a paid adult to gain re-admittance.

Can I wear a costume?
Please do!

If I buy tickets for the hourly prize raffle in support of the Farley Foundation, do I have to be there when the number is called?
Yes,  you must be there to claim your prize in person (within 10 min. of the number being called and posted, after which time a new number will be drawn and posted). A raffle schedule will be posted a week prior to the event, so you can plan your visit around the draws in which you are most interested.

...But I don't need to stick around all day for the door prize draw, right?
No, in the event that the winner of the door prize is not there to collect the prize in person, we will contact them by email and arrange pick-up.

Are you still taking dealer registrations?
At the time of this writing, we are completely booked for Dealer Space and a waiting/cancellation list has been started. Should you be interested in being added to the list, please contact us at info@collectemall.ca.

Will anyone be selling food? Is there somewhere I can get lunch in the area?
There is a  snack bar in the Arena building (attached) as well as a few vending machines throughout (use at your own risk; we are not responsible for malfunction resulting in loss of money; we don't own these machines). There are also several eateries in the area surrounding the venue, nearby.

If I have feedback, questions, or concerns for show management, whom should I speak to?
Any issues, questions, or comments can be reported to the registration desk, just outside the hall. Show managers will be circulating regularly but will make time to address anything brought to our attention. Should you prefer to address anything in writing, feel free to contact us at info@collectemall.ca and we will send you a response within 24 hrs.

Why did you change your name/brand from Toronto Toy Fair?

We decided to re-brand in 2022 in order to keep options open for possible expansion (and partnerships) into other cities and regions, so the majority of our events (for now) will continue to be held in Toronto but, Collect 'Em All is a brand that has limitless potential!
